CREATING VISUAL CONTENT

I guess you already heard about my special package for bloggers, which besides the photoshoot provides full development of your Instagram style and design of a grid that definitely will impress your followers!

Let me show you how useful it can be to create visual content for your social media through the example of my work with Zeze - blogger, mom, and entrepreneur.

She came to me with a complex task: we had to make a photoshoot that will reflect all the parts of her life and interests. You can imagine how many aspects we should cover, as Zeze is a very busy, talented, and successful woman.

Our goal was to create the image of an account that is trustworthy and reflects Zeze's professionalism, expertise, and sincerity. Moreover, the visual content should be catchy, as we want the potential followers to get interested and engaged, becoming loyal followers.

The first step in developing this plan is sending a detailed questionnaire that helps us to identify our client's taste and priorities, the mood that the blog should represent. The second part of the questionnaire tells us of visual preferences: whether the grid will be in cold shades or warm, minimalistic or busy, colour pallet preferences.

After receiving Zeze's survey results we identified the following topics to be covered:

- podcasting

- business consulting

- entrepreneurship

- empowering women

- breastfeeding

- working from home

- bath time/beauty routine

- self-care

The second stage of our work is a selection of references from the Internet and creating a draft of an Instagram grid. Prepared references help clients during shooting to understand what to do in front of the camera. We also discuss clothes selection, locations, and what accessories we will need.

Then the most exciting moment - photoshoot.

To tell you the truth, after all the detailed previous preparation it goes so easy!

When we all know what result we want to get - there is maximum efficiency and pleasure during the process.

After the shooting, Zeze received a link to the gallery, where she selected 40 photos for editing. Later the visual assistant received these photos for creating the grid, based on the draft that was created before the shooting.

As a result, we received a light grid that tells about the client as a confident businesswoman, a caring mother, a professional in her field, and just a beautiful, open woman who takes care of herself and those around her.
